- 3 Tbsps olive oil
- 1 whole chicken (jointed)
- 3 russet potato (peeled and cubed)
- 3 cups cherry Tomatoes
- 2 Zucchini (quartered lengthwise and cut into 3 inch pieces)
- 2 red Bell pepper (sliced)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp peppers
- 2 Tbsps rosemary (chopped)

Kitchen utensils
1 kleines Sieve, 1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Paper towel, 1 Large knife, 1 Bowl, 1 Garlic press, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Aluminum foil
Preparation steps
1.
Preheat oven to 350° F. Place rack on the bottom position of the oven.
2.
Take all ingredients and place them into a roasting pan and toss until thoroughly mixed and coated in olive oil. Place into oven and cook for 40 minutes until chicken is browned.
3.
Transfer chicken and vegetables to platter and serve.
