Preparation steps

Rinse rosemary and thyme, pat dry, strip leaves and chop finely. Peel 2 ​​cloves of garlic and chop finely. Mix lemon juice, garlic, herbs and olive oil in a bowl. Season well with pepper. Baste chicken pieces with herb-garlic marinade, add bay leaves, cover and refrigerate about 1 1/2 hours.

Turn the chicken pieces once while the chicken marinates.

Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F).

Season the marinated chicken pieces with salt and add with half of the marinade to a baking dish. Remove remaining garlic cloves from the bulbs, crush slightly and add to the dish.
