- 1 chicken (grilling chicken)
- salt
- 1 generous pinch paprika (ground)
- 1 pinch peppers (ground)
- 1 pinch Curry
- 1 generous pinch chili peppers (ground)
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1 tsp Grill mustard
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 1 Infusion roaster (for the oven)
- also
- French fries (freshly fried)
- green Lettuce
Preparation steps

Rinse chicken, pat dry and season cavity with salt.

Coat the roasting pan with oil. Mix together paprika, pepper, curry and chile pepper with a little salt. Rub chicken with spice mixture and place in pan.

Preheat the oven to 200°C convection (approximately 400°F). Place pan on the bottom rack or directly on the over floor. Bake about 60 minutes. (if it browns too quickly, tent with a piece of aluminum foil). Halfway through baking time, stir together honey, mustard, and oil until smooth. Brush chicken on all sides with mixture.

Remove chicken from oven and cut in half with poultry shears.

Serve chicken halves with fries and salad.
