600 grams waxy potatoes
2 onions
450 milliliters Beef broth

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F).

Rinse the pork, pat dry, and tie with kitchen twine. Season with salt and pepper, then sear in oil in a roasting pan. Peel, rinse, and thinly slice the potatoes. Peel the onion, and cut into wedges. Spread the onion and potato around the pork. Add the broth, and cook for 60-70 minutes in the oven.

Remove the pork from the oven. Remove the kitchen twine, and then slice the meat and serve with the vegetables.
