20 ozs small, waxy potatoes
2 Tbsps olive oil

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 180°C / 350°F.

Rinse the chicken drumsticks and pat dry. Rinse, halve and core the apples. Scrub the potatoes and cut into chunks. Put all in a roasting pan. Drizzle with the oil and season with salt and pepper. Strip the thyme and sprinkle on the leaves. Stir and cook about 35 minutes in oven until golden brown.
