2 Tbsps Mayonnaise
2 tsps Dijon mustard
1 clove garlic cloves (peeled and minced)
1 Tbsp honey
4 Lettuce
6 slices rotisserie chicken skin and bones discarded; meat shredded into bite-sized pieces (about 500 g | 3 cups)
1 Avocado (sliced)
1 large Tomato (sliced)
4 slices cooked Bacon
freshly ground Black pepper (to taste)
2 ciabatta Rolls

Preparation steps

In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard, garlic and honey.

Spread mayonnaise dressing on cut side of each roll and layer with lettuce, sliced chicken, avocado, tomato and bacon. Season with pepper and top with remaining slice of ciabatta bread. Serve.
