- 8 Wheat herb tortillas (from a package)
- 400 grams Roast beef (sliced, from the deli)
- 8 Lettuce
- 1 ripe Avocado
- 3 Tomatoes
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 small onion
- juice of Limes
- olive oil
- 2 Tbsps chopped parsley
- freshly ground peppers
- Tabasco sauce

Preparation steps

Rinse lettuce and spin dry.

Peel avocado, halve and remove pit and dice finely. Rinse tomatoes, halve and remove seeds and dice. Peel garlic and chop finely. Peel onion and chop very finely. Mix avocado, tomato, garlic, onion and parsley. Season with plenty of salt, pepper, a dash of Tabasco, parsley, lime juice and 1 tablespoon oil. Let stand for about 10 minutes.

Toast tortillas for a few minutes in a preheated oven at 250°C (approximately 480°F), watching carefully. Arrange roast beef, lettuce and avocado mixture over tortilla and roll up and serve immediately.
