2 Tbsps Tomato paste
100 milliliters dry Red wine
200 milliliters Beef broth

400 grams Rigatoni
2 Tbsps freshly chopped Fresh herbs (such as basil, parsley, chervil)

Preparation steps

Peel onion and garlic and chop finely. Coat a pan with 2 tablespoons oil and cook until translucent. Crumble ground meat into pan and fry, stirring occasionally. Then stir in tomato paste, wine and broth. Season mixture with salt and pepper to taste and simmer over medium heat for about 45 minutes.

Cook rigatoni in boiling salted water until al dente and drain. Add rigatoni and herbs to meat mixture. Toss everything well, season with salt and pepper to taste and serve immediately.
