- 4 cups mezzi Rigatoni (or your own choice of macaroni)
- 4 cups Tomato sauce
- 1 ½ cups shredded Mozzarella (divided)
- ¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan
- 2 Tbsps fresh parsley (finely chopped)

Preparation steps

Preheat oven to 350° F / 175º C.

Cook beef in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until browned; stirring with a wooden spoon to crumble. Drain well.
3.
Combine beef, mezzi rigatoni, tomato sauce, and 1 cup mozzarella in a greased baking dish. Top with 1/2 cup mozzarella and Parmesan. Bake for 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
