- 800 milliliters fish stock
- 200 grams Rice
- 400 grams shrimp (ready to cook deveined and peeled down to tail segment)
- 1 Tbsp red Curry paste
- 2 shallots
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- soy sauce
- Oyster sauce
- 1 Tbsp cilantro (chopped)

Preparation steps
1.
Cook rice according to package directions.

Rinse shrimp and pat dry.
3.
Peel shallots and cut into rings. Sweat shallots in hot oil, then stir in curry paste and deglaze with stock. Bring to a boil and add shrimp and rice. Cook only for about 4-5 minutes. Season with soy sauce and oyster sauce. Serve in small bowls, sprinkled with cilantro.
