600 grams frozen Shellfish
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 garlic clove
400 grams Rice

Preparation steps

Thaw seafood. Peel garlic and chop very finely. Heat butter and oil, stir in seafood and sauté over medium heat for about 2 minutes. Add garlic to seafood mixture and sauté for about 2 more minutes, stirring constantly. Season seafood mixture with salt and pepper.

Cook rice according to package instructions and drain. Form rice into rings on 4 small plates. Spoon seafood mixture into centers of rice rings and serve immediately.
