- 2 cups Rice
- 26 ozs Cod (cleaned and cut into bite-sized pieces)
- 1 ½ cups shrimp (cleaned; peeled and deveined)
- 3 Tbsps olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic cloves
- 2 chili peppers (seeds removed, diced)
- 1 sprig thyme
- 1 sprig oregano
- 2 onions (diced)
- 2 ribs Celery (diced)
- 1 green pepper (diced)
- 1 Tbsp flour
- 2 beefsteak Tomatoes (skinned and diced)
- ¾ cup fish stock
- 2 Tbsps Chili sauce
- 2 Tbsps parsley (chopped)
- salt
- freshly ground Black pepper
Preparation steps

Cook the rice according to the package instructions.

In a bowl combine the cod and shrimp with 2 tablespoons. of the olive oil. Add the chili pepper and herbs. Peel the garlic and press into the bowl. Stir. Cover and marinate for about 30 minutes.

Heat the rest of the olive oil in a large sauté pan. Add the onions and cook until translucent. Stir in the green pepper and celery and sauté briefly. Dust with flour and add the tomatoes. Add the stock and simmer over a low heat for about 8 minutes.

Add the shrimp and fish and cook for about 6 minutes, stirring carefully from time to time. Finally stir in the chili sauce and season to taste with salt and pepper.
5.
Sprinkle with parsley and serve on the cooked rice.
