Preparation steps

1.

Bring the milk and 1/4 liter (approximately 1 cup) cream to a boil, add the rice, cover and simmer over low heat for 40 minutes until the liquid is absorbed. Stir in the lemon zest and let cool slightly. Beat the remaining cream until stiff and fold into the rice. Spoon into serving bowls and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and honey.

Peel oranges, cut into thick slices, sprinkle with sugar and serve with the rice pudding.
