500 milliliters milk
1 pinch salt
1 tsp butter
½ tsp Lime zest
2 Tbsps Vanilla sugar
40 grams sugar
125 grams Arborio rice
In Addition
300 grams Raspberries
2 Tbsps lemon juice
2 Tbsps sugar

Preparation steps

1.

Combine milk with salt, butter, lime zest, vanilla sugar and regular sugar. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Add rice to boiling milk and bring to a boil, stirring. Cook rice on lowest heat, covered, for about 40-45 minutes.

Prepare sauce. Combine raspberries with lemon zest, sugar and 3-4 tablespoons of water and bring to a boil. Strain though a sieve and cool.

This dish can be served warm or cold. To serve,  place rice pudding in bowls and drizzle with sauce. Garnish with fresh berries, serve.
