- 7 ozs Glass noodles
- 12 green Asparagus (spears)
- 3 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 1 Lime (juice)
- 1 Tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 red chili pepper (deseeded and sliced)
- 1 red Bell pepper (deseeded and sliced)
- 1 orange Bell pepper (deseeded and sliced)
- 1 Tbsp black Onion seed

1 Sieve, 1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Small pot mit Deckel, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Large knife, 1 Immersion blender, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Paper towel
Preparation steps
1.
Soak the noodles in boiling water according to the packet instructions. Drain, refresh in cold water and set aside in a large bowl.
2.
Blanch the asparagus in salted water, drain, refresh in cold water the cut into 5cm/2" lengths and add to the noodles.
3.
Mix together the oil, lime juice, soy sauce, sugar and chilli and season to taste with salt.
4.
Mix the sliced bell peppers into the noodles, stir in the dressing and scatter over the black onion seeds.
