Red Veg and Fruit Drink

- 1 red Cabbage (shredded)
- 4 large, cox Apple (peeled, cored, and diced)
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 2 cups cold water
- ½ cup crushed Ice
The red cabbage can be substituted for white cabbage for a lighter juice.
Pass the cabbage and apple through a vegetable juicer.
Pour into a blender or food processor and add the lemon juice, water, and crushed ice.
Blend until frothy before pouring into serving glasses.
