3 cups Raspberries
½ lemon (juiced)
1 Tbsp caster sugar

Preparation steps

1.
Combine the water and apples in a blender or food processor and blend until pureed, scraping down the sides if necessary.
2.
Add the raspberries, lemon juice, and sugar to the blender and blend for 1 - 2 minutes until smooth.
3.
Pass the mixture through a fine sieve, collecting the juice in a bowl. Thin out with a little cold water if needed before serving.
