- 1 ½ cups frozen, pitted, dark sweet Cherries
- 1 ⅓ cups Cranberry juice
- 1 ⅓ cups low-fat Yogurt

Preparation steps
1.
Put the frozen cherries into a blender and pour in the cranberry juice. Spoon in the cherry yogurt.

Blend the contents together until smooth. Pour into 2 glasses to serve.
