- ½ root Celery
- 2 tsps Nutritional yeast
- 300 milliliters Tomato juice
- 100 milliliters Beef broth
- 4 tsps olive oil
- Tabasco sauce
- salt
- 2 stalks Celery (with leaves)

Preparation steps
1.
Trim celery and chop. Add to a blender with nutritional yeast, tomato juice, broth and oil and purée for 1-2 minutes.
2.
Season with Tabasco sauce and salt, pour into 2 tall glasses, place a stalk of celery in each drink and serve immediately. Garnish with tomato slices and chili powder, if desired.
