½ root Celery
2 tsps Nutritional yeast
300 milliliters Tomato juice
100 milliliters Beef broth
4 tsps olive oil
Tabasco sauce
salt
2 stalks Celery (with leaves)

Preparation steps

1.

Trim celery and chop. Add to a blender with nutritional yeast, tomato juice, broth and oil and purée for 1-2 minutes.

2.

Season with Tabasco sauce and salt, pour into 2 tall glasses, place a stalk of celery in each drink and serve immediately. Garnish with tomato slices and chili powder, if desired.
