- 7 ozs Red currant
- 2 cups natural Yogurt
- sugar

Preparation steps
1.
Reserve a few raspberries and redcurrants for the garnish and blend the remaining with the yoghurt.

Sweeten to taste with a little sugar and serve garnished with the reserved fruit.
