- 750 grams Strawberries
- 500 grams Raspberries
- ½ lemon (juiced)
- 600 grams jam sugar (2: 1)
- 2 centiliters Cassis liqueur (as desired)

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse strawberries, core and cut into pieces. Place in a large pot. Rinse raspberries if necessary, pat dry and add to pot. Add lemon juice and sugar and mix well. Allow to sit at room temperature for at least 1 hour.

Bring mixture to a boil, uncovered, stirring constantly. Cook for about 4 minutes, continuing to stir until jam begins to set. Pour finished jam immediately into clean, screw-top jars and seal. Let cool for 15 minutes.
