600 grams mixed Berry (Strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, currants)
200 grams powdered sugar
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 egg white
For the orange ice pops
600 grams orange Fruit (Mango, apricots, peaches, oranges)
200 grams powdered sugar
1 Tbsp lemon juice

8 frozen pop molds

Preparation steps

1.

For the red ice pops: Puree the red berries with the powdered sugar and lemon juice in a blender.

2.

Boil the puree in a pot for 1/2 a minute. Remove from the heat and strain through a sieve into a bowl and cool the puree.

3.

Whisk the egg whites and mix briefly with the fruit puree.

4.

For the orange ice pops: Repeat the same process with the orange fruits instead of the berries.

5.

Transfer the juice into the ice pop container and let freeze. If possible, stir for the first hour.

6.

After about an hour, insert the ice pop stems or popsicle sticks and let freeze completely.

7.

Thaw for about 1/2 hour in the refrigerator before serving.
