Ravioli with Ground Meat Filling
- For the broth

Chili sauce (sweet-tart)

- 500 grams

- For the filling
For the dough, knead all the ingredients vigorously together. The dough should be firm and elastic. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and let rest for about 30 minutes.
For the filling, peel the garlic and the onion, and finely chop both. Mix ground beef with it, add ginger and season with salt.
To prepare the ravioli, make 16-20 small balls out of the dough. Roll each ball into circle on a floured work surface. Place about 1 tablespoon of filling in the center. Fold to a crescent and squeeze the edges together, press the edges with a fork to make pattern, if desired.
For the broth, boil the broth with lemongrass, and a dash of soy sauce, fish sauce and chili sauce.
Drop the prepared ravioli into the boiling broth and simmer for 5-6 minutes. Remove the lemon grass, season as per taste, and serve.
