1 ½ liters high-quality White vinegar
100 grams fresh Raspberries (for finished product)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and carefully pat raspberries dry. Thaw raspberries, if using frozen. Divide raspberries among 1 liter bottles. Fill with white wine vinegar and seal bottles tightly.

2.

Let bottles stand until vinegar turns pink, approximately 14 days. Filter the raspberry vinegar through a fine sieve.

3.

Discard fruit and decant vinegar into decorative bottles. Add fresh raspberries.
