500 milliliters Vinegar (mild white wine vinegar)

Preparation steps

1.

Sort the raspberries carefully; use only flawless berries. Do not rinse the berries. Fill a clean glass container with raspberries, pour the vinegar over top and tightly close. Put on a windowsill for 7-10 days and infuse the vinegar. Twice daily gently circulate and shake the jar.

2.

Filter the vinegar with a clean cheesecloth and place in a suitable glass bottle. Keep in a dark place.
