1 kilogram Raspberries
1 lemon (juiced)
1 Vanilla bean
500 grams jam sugar (2:1 ratio)

Preparation steps

1.

Wipe the raspberries, and rinse only if necessary. The raspberries can lose their juice and absorb the water. Mix the raspberries with the lemon juice, slit vanilla bean, and jam sugar. Let rest for 30 minutes.

Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring often. Cook for 4 minutes, then remove the pan from the heat and remove the vanilla bean.

Fill the hot sterilized jars to the brim, then seal tightly and cool completely.
