200 milliliters water
100 milliliters Red wine
250 grams fresh Raspberries
1 Tbsp finely chopped mint
mint (for garnishing)

Preparation steps

1.

Combine sugar, wine, water and chopped mint in a pot and boil for 5-8 minutes on medium heat. Clean raspberries, add to soup and simmer for about 2-3 minutes. Stir once more and cool. Refrigerate for about 2-3 hours. 

2.

Pour cold soup into bowls and garnish with mint leaves. Pour soup into vanilla or chocolate ice cream balls and serve.
