Preparation steps

1.
Making one flavour at a time, add each variety of berry to the mixer with, in each case, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp honey, 200 ml milk and 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream and blend to a creamy milkshake. Pour into hi-ball glasses and serve.
