Preparation steps
1.
Squeeze juice from lemon squeeze and mix juice in a bowl with cranberries.
2.
Trim radicchio, rinse, spin dry and cut into fine strips.
3.
Mix cranberries with honey and radicchio and arrange on 6 plates.
4.
Form goat cheese into small balls and place on the plates.
5.
Season salad to taste with black and red pepper. Rinse basil, spin dry and cut some leaves into fine strips.
6.
Drizzle salad with olive oil and season with salt. Serve garnish with basil.
