1 Tbsp lemon juice
20 pitted black Olives
1 small onion
1 Tbsp butter
salt
freshly ground peppers
1 pkg Grissini

Preparation steps

1.

Peel the onions, halve and finely dice. Sauté the onion in butter in a pan.

2.

Finely chop the olives. Mix the goat cheese with the lemon juice, onion and olives. Season with salt and pepper and divide evenly into twenty portions. Shape the mixture into balls and thread onto the breadsticks. Serve on a plate.
