350 grams Goat cheese
2 Tbsps Walnut oil
salt
freshly ground pepper
350 grams Walnut
Lettuce (for serving)

Preparation steps

1.

Toast the walnuts in a dry skillet until golden brown and fragrant, remove from heat, allow to cool and chop finely. 

2.

Mix the goat cheese and walnut oil until smooth and season with salt and pepper. Form the goat cheese mixture into small balls about 2 cm (approximately 3/4 inch) in diameter and roll in the chopped walnuts. 

3.

Distribute the lettuce onto small plates and top with the goat cheese balls. Serve with your choice of salad dressing.
