300 grams Puff pastry dough (frozen)
175 grams cooked ham
2 Tbsps scallions
2 egg yolks

Preparation steps

1.

Separate puff pastry pieces and thaw side by side. Then stack pieces and roll out until thin on a floured work surface. Cut into 6 triangles with long sides.

Dice ham and sprinkle over pastry triangles. Sprinkle with chives.

From the long side, roll up triangles until they resemble croissants. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush with beaten egg yolk. Bake in an oven preheated to 200°C (approximately 400°F), 12-15 minutes.
