- Ingredients
- 350 grams Puff pastry dough (frozen)
- 2 stalks Leeks
- 3 eggs
- 300 grams Sour cream
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- Nutmeg
- 200 grams Goat cheese
- Pastry flour (for working with pastry)
Preparation steps
1.
Thaw the puff pastry. Preheat oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F). Rinse, clean and slice leeks into thin rings. Whisk the eggs with the sour cream and nutmeg. Season with salt and pepper. Cut the goat cheese into slices. Roll out the thawed pastry on a floured work surface and place on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
2.
Spread the sour cream on top of the pastry, leaving a 1 cm (approximately 1/4 inch) wide border. Sprinkle leeks on top. Arrange the sliced goat cheese on top of the pastry and bake for about 25-30 minutes. Remove, let cool slightly and garnish with thyme leaves. Cut into pieces and serve immediately.
