- 400 grams Puff pastry dough
- 750 grams cooked Fish (salmon and haddock)
- 2 Tbsps butter
- 2 Tbsps Pastry flour
- 250 milliliters milk
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- Nutmeg
- 100 grams grated Cheese
- 1 egg
Preparation steps

Roll out puff pastry and cut out circles about 10-12 cm (approximately 4-5 inches) in diameter.

Beat egg with 2 tablespoons water.

Melt butter and cook flour in a saucepan, pour in milk and stir for about 8-10 minutes. Let simmer until thickened. Remove from heat, allow to cool, then mix with fish and cheese. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Brush edges of pastry circles with egg and spoon filling in the center. Pull edges on the sides to a triangle or a square. Brush outsides with remaining egg and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (approximately 400°F) for about 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Remove from oven and serve hot.
