cherry tomatoes (halved)
Chive (snipped)
½ head
Frisée (curly lettuce)

ripe Figs (quartered)
1 ½ cups
Parma ham (sliced)
0.333 cup
extra virgin olive oil
Melba toast (to serve)
freshly ground peppers
Product recommendation
Any kind of smoked meat such as honey-glazed ham or even Pastrami can be used in this salad.

Preparation steps

1.
Toss together the cherry tomatoes, chives, lettuce, figs and a little seasoning. Add the Parma ham and toss again briefly.
2.
Lift the salad onto serving plates and drizzle with olive oil. Serve with Melba toasts on the side.
