- 1 tsp honey
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 400 grams Melon
- 200 grams Prosciutto
- 60 grams Parmesan
- Grissini (if desired)

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse and halve figs. Mix honey with lemon juice and drizzle over figs. Cut melon flesh into pieces and serve with the figs and the prosciutto on plates. Sprinkle with crumbled Parmesan.
2.
Serve with breadsticks if desired.
