- 200 grams Prosciutto (preferably San Daniele, very thinly sliced)
- 1 Melon (Charantais melon)
- 8 Figs
- freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps
1.
Halve the melon, and remove the seeds. Thinly slice and peel. Rinse the figs and cut into quarters.
2.
Pile the individual slices of proscuitto decoratively. Serve the prosciutto with the melon and figs on plates, garnished with the black pepper.
