- 2 Tbsps fresh, chopped cilantro
- 2 Tbsps Lime juice
- 1 tsp chopped oregano
- 1 tsp Chili powder
- 1 tsp olive oil
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp peppers
- 1 clove garlic cloves (crushed)
- 12 ozs large, peeled shrimp
- To garnish
- Lime wedge

If using wooden skewers, soak them in cold water for 30 minutes before using, to avoid burning.
Preparation steps
1.
Mix together all the ingredients except the prawns, until well combined. Stir in the prawns and mix well.

Cover and chill for 1 hour.

Heat the grill.

Thread the prawns onto skewers (reserve the marinade) and grill for about 3 minutes on each side until cooked and pink, basting occasionally with the reserved marinade.

Serve garnished with lime wedges.
