Preparation steps

1.

Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F). Rinse the tomatoes and cabbage. Remove the tough stalks from the cabbage and cut the leaves into fine strips. Peel, rinse and cube the potatoes.

2.

Slice the cheese. Mix the vegetables and cheese together and pour into the casserole dish. Pour in the vegetable broth and mix well. Season with salt and pepper. Bake for 30-35 minutes. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
