1 garlic clove
1 pc ginger (2 cm)

Preparation steps

Peel the potatoes and the turnips and cut them into small cubes. Peel and finely chop the onion and ginger. Peel and halve the garlic. Heat 1 tablespoon butter in a pan and sauté the onion and garlic. Add the rest of the vegetables and ginger and lightly saute. Cover with water.

Place the parsley sprigs and salt in the pot with the water and vegetables. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat, cover and simmer gently for 25-30 minutes. Remove the parsley sprigs. Season with salt and pepper. Mix in 1-2 tbsp olive oil and serve immediately. Serve with toasted bread.
