600 grams starchy potatoes
1 Apple
3 onions
1 ⅕ liters Beef broth
2 bay leaves
salt
freshly ground peppers
1 Radicchio (big head)
1 Tbsp Corn oil
200 grams smoked Pepper mackerel

Preparation steps

Rinse, peel and dice the potatoes, apples and onions. Add to a pot with the broth and bay leaves, then cover and cook for 20 minutes over medium heat. Remove the bay leaves and puree the soup. Season with salt and pepper.

2.

Rinse, spin dry and cut the radicchio into strips. Heat the oil in a skillet and saute the radicchio. Slice the mackerel into strips. Ladle the soup into bowls and arrange the mackerel and radicchio on top. Serve immediately.
