- 4 Tbsps whole-grain Mustard
- 1 Tbsp ground Black pepper
- 4 Sirloin steak (trimmed)
- 4 Tbsps Oil
- 3 ¾ cups Green beans
- 2 Tbsps butter
- 1 ⅓ cups cherry Tomatoes (halved)

Preparation steps
1.
Mix the grain mustard with the pepper and 2 tbsp of the oil and rub all over the steaks.
2.
Heat a griddle pan, brush with a little oil and cook the steaks for 2 - 4 minutes each side, depending on how rare you like your meat. Remove from the heat and rest in a warm place.
3.
While the meat is resting, cook the beans in boiling salted water for 5 minutes or until tender. Drain well, add the butter and season with salt and pepper.
4.
Heat the rest of the oil in a pan, add the tomatoes and cook for 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
5.
Serve the steaks with the beans and tomatoes.
