1 kilogram starchy potatoes
200 milliliters milk
1 Tbsp Walnut oil
40 grams butter
200 grams Goat cheese (diced)
100 grams Walnut (coarsely chopped)
salt
freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the potatoes and cook in boiling water for 30 minuntes. Heat the milk with the oil and butter.

2.

Peel the potatoes, and press through a ricer into the milk-butter mixture. Add 100 g (approximately 3 1/2 ounces) of the cheese and 60 g (approximately 2 ounces) of the walnuts to the puree. Season to taste with salt, nutmeg, and plenty of pepper.

3.

Transfer to a bowl, and top with the remaining cheese and nuts. This goes well with an arugula salad and grilled meat.
