800 grams potatoes
600 milliliters Chicken broth
150 grams turkey breasts
150 grams Tomatoes
butter (for the pan)
2 Tbsps parsley
50 grams black Olives (pitted)
2 garlic cloves (chopped)
150 grams Roquefort cheese
50 milliliters Whipped cream
Nutmeg (ground)
salt
freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps

1.

Peel potatoes and cut into thin slices. Cook in chicken broth for about 5 minutes.

Cut turkey breast into strips.

Butter baking pan.

Layer drained potato slices in a pan, spread with turkey strips and season with pepper, salt and nutmeg.

Rinse tomatoes and slice, spread on top of potatoes and turkey. Combine olives with garlic and sprinkle on top of tomatoes. Season with a little salt and pepper and add about 100 ml (approximately 2/5 cup) of remaining broth. Sprinkle with crumbled cheese and bake in preheated oven at 180°C (approximately 350°F) for about 25 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and serve.
