Preparation steps
1.
Rinse, peel and coarsely grate the potatoes and carrots. Squeeze out the excess juice and mix with the parsley and nuts. Season with salt and pepper.
2.
Fry 4 palm-sized patties in some butter until golden brown. Keep warm at 70°C (approximately 150ºF) in the oven until all the patties are done.
Serve hot or cold.
