- 5 cooked potatoes (600 grams)
- 2 onions
- 4 Cod (skinless 150 grams)
- olive oil (for the baking dish)
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 Red Bell pepper
- 60 grams green Olives (pitted)
- 4 Tomatoes
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 100 milliliters dry white wine
- 30 milliliters olive oil

Preparation steps

Peel potatoes and cut into slices. Peel the onions and cut lengthwise into thin strips. Rinse the cod and pat dry with paper towels. Coat a baking dish with olive oil. Peel garlic, chop and spread over the baking dish. Layer the potatoes over the garlic. Rinse the bell pepper, cut in half, trim and cut into small cubes. Cut the olives into slices. Rinse the tomatoes and cut into slices.

Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F).

Arrange the tomato slices on the potatoes and season with salt and pepper. Layers the fish over the tomatoes, season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with onions, bell pepper and olives. Pour in white wine and drizzle with olive oil. Place in the oven and cook for about 20 minutes. Serve hot.
