600 grams Pork tenderloin (ready to cook)
salt

4 Tbsps soybean oil
150 grams Snow peas
250 grams Bamboo shoots (from a jar)
2 Red onions
2 centimeters fresh ginger (peeled)
3 Tbsps light soy sauce
2 Tbsps dark soy sauce
1 tsp Oyster sauce
cilantro (for garnish)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the meat, pat dry, trim and cut into 0.6 cm (approximately 1/4 inch) slices. Season with salt and pepper and sear on both sides in a hot wok with 2 tablespoons oil. Remove and set aside.

Rinse snow peas, trim and halve diagonally. Drain the bamboo shoots and cut into narrow strips.

Peel the onions and ginger and cut the into thin strips.

In a wok, heat the remaining oil and fry the vegetables, stirring occasionally for 2-3 minutes. Add meat slices again, season to taste with the light and dark soy sauces, oyster sauce and salt and pepper. Arrange on plates. Serve garnished with cilantro.
