- 700 grams Pork cutlet
- 1 Mango
- 250 grams Snow peas
- 3 vegetable oil
- 200 milliliters Vegetable broth
- 3 Tbsps Peanut butter
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- ground ginger
Preparation steps

Cut pork into thin strips. Peel mango, cut fruit away from pit and slice. Rinse, trim and halve snow peas diagonally.

In a pan, heat oil. In two batches, brown pork over high heat and remove from pan. Add snow peas to the remaining fat and deglaze with vegetable broth. Stir in peanut butter. Return pork to pan and stir in mango slices. Season with salt, pepper and ginger. Serve with rice.
