2 mild chili peppers
2 sprigs cilantro
4 White rolls

Preparation steps

1.

Stir the ajvar with cream cheese until smooth and season with salt and pepper.

2.

Rinse the pork, pat dry and flatten with a mallet slightly. Season with salt and pepper and saute until golden brown for 1-2 minutes in a pan on both sides in hot oil. Leave on moderate heat.

3.

Rinse, trim and coarsely chop the chiles. Rinse the cilantro, shake dry, pluck leaves and coarsely chop.

4.

Toast the rolls, cut horizontally in half and sprinkle the bottoms with the Ajvar cream. Then place the meat on the roll and crumble the goat cheese. Garnish with the chile and cilantro, sprinkle with salt and pepper and serve.
