- 600 grams Pork tenderloin (cut into cubes)
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 2 Tbsps butter
- 1 Tbsp Molasses (or brown sugar)
- 3 Tbsps dark Rum

Preparation steps
1.
Season pork with salt, pepper and thyme. In a pan, heat butter. Brown pork on all sides, stirring constantly.
2.
Add 3 tablespoons water, rum and molasses to the pan. Cover and cook over low heat, stirring often, about 10 minutes. Serve with rice and sauce as desired.
